Mr. Moore was Chief Financial Officer with eAutoclaims from December 2000 to April 2005 . Prior to eAutoclaims, Mr. Moore was a Partner in the firm of Harper, Van Scoik & Company from 1988 - 2000 and was Senior Accountant with Deloitte Haskins and Sells from 1985-1988. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University. He holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Accounting.

Dale Thompson, CPA

Mr. Thompson has 30 years of financial management experience. This includes  7 years as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of IT, SmARTlens Corporation, 13 years with Cox Cable Systems, as Vice President of Finance and Administration in different cable system locations, and 3 years with AUSTAR, an Australian communications company based in Sydney. He received a BS from Florida Institute of Technology and an MBA from Florida State University. He is certified in both accounting and information systems, with recognition as a CPA (GA & FL), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), and CDP (Certified in Data Processing). Provides services to clients on complex accounting transactions including stock option compensation accounting, foreign exchange and multinational consolidation accounting and embedded derivative valuations.  Installation  and integration of accounting systems with stock option, time keeping and  manufacturing resource planning systems. He has designed data rooms for merger and acquisitions and assisted seller finance teams to complete sales quickly with miminal impact on operations.
